- No pets allowed.
- The prospective tenant must read and agree to the building rules and regulations.
- The tenant is responsible for keeping the condo clean and hygienic and for paying for any damage caused by the tenant's misuse or negligence.

- Proof of liability insurance ($2 million) is required before occupancy.

- Conditional upon a credit report check, agreement to sign a payment history verification form, and reference checks if necessary (at the tenant's expense) to the landlord's satisfaction.

- The tenant must return the unit in its original condition at the end of the lease.

- No holes, including nails, may be drilled in the walls without the landlord's consent.

- The tenant is not permitted to sublet or transfer the lease without the landlord's written permission.

- The tenant agrees to provide post-dated checks for the entire duration of the tenancy.

- The tenant must return the unit in its original condition. The unit is designated as non-smoking, including cannabis and vaping. The cultivation, production, distribution, or purchase of cannabis or any illegal substance is strictly prohibited.

Any short-term subletting, such as but not limited to Airbnb, is strictly prohibited and will constitute a breach of lease.
